Transactions Specialist - (Reporting MIS)

Job Summary:
As a Transactions Specialist within JPMorgan Chase, you will provide dedicated analytical & reporting support for the team on operational metrics, reporting, and analytics. You will partner closely with key business owners/leads to promote the development of reporting, analytics, and operational metrics. Your key projects will include the publishing of dashboards, operational metrics, creating decks, and liaising with OCM on application access and audit management. This role offers you the opportunity to enhance your analytical skills and contribute significantly to our team's success.
Job Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated analytical & reporting support to the team on operational metrics, reporting, and analytics.
• Monitor application group mailbox and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with OCM on monitoring and managing application access management.
• Generate and publish pre-defined reports and analytics.
• Fulfill ad-hoc data queries and business analysis requests to support the business with valuable insights and data in decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Offshore & Onshore team through strong communication and participation in discussions related to data, ideation, reporting, resiliency & regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced excel formulas and macros, database concepts, SQL queries, hands-on on Alteryx, and data analysis tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Projects: Experience in managing projects from inception to completion
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Collaboration: Working effectively with team members and stakeholders across the franchise.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
