We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions are both user-centric and visually compelling.
● Interface Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma for responsive web and mobile applications.
● User Research & Insights: Assist in conducting user research and usability testing. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
● Design Iteration & Testing: Participate in usability studies, synthesize findings, and iterate designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to implement designs that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
● Design Consistency: Contribute to and help maintain a cohesive design system across all products.
● Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends in design tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and output.
Requirements● 1–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and outcomes.
● Strong proficiency in Figma and other relevant design and prototyping tools.
● Degree or certification in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
● Attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
● A user-first mindset with empathy for end-users and a passion for enhancing user experiences.
