Job Overview:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer Lead with experience leading and managing a team of designers and a strong track record of creating user-friendly and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, and a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design.
  • Should have strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
