Role: UI/UX Designer & Developer.
We are looking for talented UI/UX designers & developers to join our team on contract. You should enjoy working in a challenging environment and have the enthusiasm and ambition to develop & complete projects to the highest standard. You will be responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications for a positive and cohesive user experience using HTML5, CSS, and other design tools to achieve responsive designs.
Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investigating user experience design requirements for a suite of digital assets (web portals & mobile applications).
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for websites & internal portals.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs etc
- Testing UI elements such as page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the users.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.
- Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design.
Skill Set:
- Excellent knowledge of UI/UX methodologies, HTML5, CSS, and illustration with Adobe Photoshop, Creative Suite, or other wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile app layout designs.
- Experience converting design mockups/wireframes into HTML/CSS layouts.
- Experience in building responsive layouts using bootstrap.
- Cross-Browser capabilities.
- Understands how to optimise visual user experiences.
- Can execute strong designs in a variety of visual styles.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to join immediately.
- Knowledge of & experience in React JS or a similar JavaScript UI library is a plus.
Mandatory Skills
HTML5, CSS, photoshop, Figma.
