Job Description
User Access Management Functional analyst
You will act as a consultant to the User Access Management Team. You will support both the day-to-day access management provisioning process and the wider Workday landscape in understanding issues related to Workday security, you will be able to trouble shoot, determine, deliver/ configure, and communicate effective resolutions.

You will work on both our standard User Access Management support as well as projects. Providing design collateral and to support the configuration of software components, collaborating with other workstreams (across the integrated technology solutions) to deliver in alignment with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Technology understanding and configuration in Workday User Access Management & Security
  • Managing defects and system enhancements
  • Ability to think innovatively about potential uses of new functionality or ways to improve service.
  • Working collaboratively with multiple workstreams and vendors
  • Project management, time management and working to deadlines.
  • Working with regional or global responsibilities in a large matrix organization


Job-specific requirements:

  • Fluency in English is Required
  • Technical proficiency in Workday User Access Management (UAM)
  • 2 years' experience in a Workday UAM role
  • Work as part of a small team leading technology understanding and configuration in Workday.
  • Triage and fix system defects
  • Assess and deliver potential system enhancements and new releases.
  • Knowledge in Additional Workday modules is an added advantage.
  • Have an awareness of upcoming instance/software updates and any potential implications for users and the wider business.
  • Working with third party vendors.
  • Understand Technology trends in the User Access Management and system security that can deliver superior Employee Experience
  • Contribute to the delivery of the technology Roadmap.
