As a Product Designer, you'll contribute to the design of responsive web and mobile experiences, partnering with cross-functional teams to transform user insights into thoughtful, accessible, and scalable solutions. You'll own the design execution of features, collaborate with experienced designers, and help deliver products that create meaningful outcomes for millions of users.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
- Providing design execution for our product portfolio that support our business and the interactions we have with Health Care Professionals (Providers)
- Own the end-to-end design of assigned features, from discovery through delivery, producing high-quality flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and supporting design documentation
- Translate user research, analytics, and business insights into design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Explore multiple design concepts, iterate based on user feedback and testing, and continuously refine experiences throughout the product lifecycle
- Apply user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and enterprise design patterns to create inclusive and scalable experiences
- Contribute to and leverage the design system by using reusable components and helping improve consistency across products
- Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams, including partners across multiple time zones, while communicating design decisions clearly and confidently
- Partner with research teams to support usability studies and incorporate findings into product improvements
- Leverage AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve research, ideation, documentation, and design workflows while maintaining solid design judgment
- Review implemented experiences with engineering to help ensure designs are delivered accurately and meet quality expectations
- Participate in Agile product development activities, including planning, design reviews, and iterative delivery
- Be the voice of the user in prioritization, new product and feature development for Digital Products and other digital experience areas as needed
- Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset while contributing to a collaborative design culture

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile applications
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams, including product management, engineering, and user research
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Solid portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across the end-to-end product design process
- Proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and design documentation
- Solid understanding of user experience design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
- Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing enterprise software or complex digital products
- Experience collaborating with global teams, including U.S.-based stakeholders
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Experience designing products in similarly complex or regulated industries including insurance, financial services, retail, telecommunications, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or enterprise software is also valued
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance research, ideation, documentation, or design workflows
