Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to conduct user interviews and implement audit findings for our internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user interviews to gather insights.
  • Decide on user research approach
  • Create strategy based on the findings
    Implement audit findings to enhance the functionality and usability of internal tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

MUST HAVE

  • Should've worked on complex enterprise applications facing Software engineers, Data analysts etc. (preferable if worked on data platform tools)
  • Experience designing for AI-powered workflows or predictive analytics tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing research & strategy.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into design decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI and their implications on UX

 

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in UX design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing.
  • Proven track record in audit implementation for internal tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
