Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative UX Designer to craft intelligent, user-friendly experiences for our healthcare products. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll be instrumental in designing solutions that integrate AI-powered tools such as clinical decision support, conversational interfaces, predictive UX, and personalization engines. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, engineers, and researchers to deliver designs that empower clinicians and patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of human-centered design principles, and a proactive approach to integrating AI and automation into clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design user-centric, scalable solutions that integrate AI features like chatbots, predictive recommendations, and personalized workflows.

·       Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and translate business goals into elegant user experiences.

·       Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and vision.

·       Guides the integration of AI-powered experiences (e.g., predictive UX, conversational UI, personalization engines) into product designs

·       Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user delight across all platforms and touchpoints.

·       Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions.

·       Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

·       Promotes ethical AI and data use in design practices, ensuring transparency and user trust

·       Maintain and evolve design systems and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.

·       Simplify complex healthcare workflows into intuitive design solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field. 

 Experience:

·       2+ years in UX design. Experience in healthcare/EHR is a plus but not required.

·       Experience with AI-enhanced features or machine-learning interfaces is a strong plus

Skills:

·       Proficiency in tools like Figma, Axure, etc.

·       Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.

·       Familiarity with AI/ML features and how they enhance user experience.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

·       Comfortable working in fast-paced, Agile product teams.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

·       Office environment

·       Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment
