What's the role?
In the role of Compensation Solution Architect you will help us design, implement, and continuously improve our Sales Compensation system using Varicent v10. You’ll be part of a global, innovative team that builds scalable, efficient, and automated solutions.
Further You will:
- Lead the implementation of the Varicent compensation tool
- Automate and optimize Sales Compensation processes
- Integrate Varicent with the Sales Planning system
- Develop end-to-end solutions in Varicent v10 – from design to implementation
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of business requirements
- Maintain high coding standards, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
- Follow Agile methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently
- Support system operations and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Collaborate on future projects to introduce new tools and systems.
Who are you?
You are a team-player who collaborates well across teams. A fast learner and are comfortable working with little direction. You take initiative and bring up ideas. In addition you have the following:
- Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM v10
- Experience with Varicent Workflow and Webform components
- Understanding of compensation systems and how they integrate into business processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- SQL proficiency – strong in data handling and query optimization
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management
- Knowledge of relational database design and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive and innovative mindset
- Fluent English
