You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in "Project management". You have found the right team
As Project management lead within our " IAS and Migrations Centre of Excellence" , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will support the project management of process migrations. Your key focus will be to co-ordinate and facilitate the movement of service ownership from one JPMorgan Legal Entity to another globally.
You will take responsibility and accountability for delivering all elements of a series of projects - associated with process transition and meeting the audit needs. Depending on project scale and complexity, you may lead several projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive change management related to Migrations process.
  • Contribute to process improvement and control initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Migration approvers/ Risk leads for end-to-end governance.
  • Perform analysis to assess the timelines.
  • Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns & predictions using relevant data
  • Drive governance around scorecards, recertification of Inter Affiliate Services (IAS) charters
  • Ensure Quality Assurance of IAS charters including accuracy of scorecards
  • Ensure audit readiness of the process from IAS and migrations standpoint


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with at least 10years of experience in financial industry
  • Should have a mix of technical, analytical & soft skills with experience on data data analytics and leading program teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to summarize findings into concise, high-level points geared towards the audience and visually depict key data and findings.
  • Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a client service philosophy, and the ability to build and foster internal relationships.
  • Must be confident and experienced and also be able to interact at senior / middle management level.
  • Must be able to get to grips with and manage scope (requirements definition, workshop management & facilitation etc.)
  • Must have demonstrable stakeholder engagement experience including organizing and managing disparate cross-functional / work stream teams.
  • Must be able to handle high level of pressure associated with complex project and programs in demanding customer environment.
  • Flexibility to work global hours.
  • Ability to upskill to latest technologies being used.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience on driving governance/audit readiness is preferred.
