VP DevOpsWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of DevOps to lead our DevOps strategy and operations. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy that aligns with our company’s goals and objectives.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.

Automation and CI/CD: Drive the adoption of automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for security and compliance, ensuring our systems and data are protected against threats and vulnerabilities.

Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows, improve communication, and reduce bottlenecks.

Monitoring and Incident Management: Establish robust monitoring, logging, and incident management processes to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our DevOps practices.
Qualifications:

Experience: 15+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a tech-first or gaming company.

Technical Expertise: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
