The candidate in this role will be responsible for providing technical leadership for Loan IQ product and surrounding applications. Candidate will be responsible to closely work with business and operation users provide solutions and resolve issues. This role also includes various responsibilities like providing Loan IQ product installation, support, software installations, configuration, updates and troubleshoot technology issues.
Candidate also needs to work closely with business, development, QA, Functional Analyst and PMO to analyze system requirements and propose solutions.
The candidate is expected to use clear, consistent, and targeted communication across the stakeholder groups. The candidate will be expected to guide/lead and mentor junior support analysts.
Candidate is also expected to take up role of ITAO.

Your key responsibilities
- Possess strong technical and functional knowledge of Loan IQ Product and batches
- Should have strong 9+ years working experience as a Techno Functional Analyst
- Lead gathering technical analysis and provide support
- ITAO role for LS2 application
- Involve in investigation of production issues and guide the L3 team on functional aspects
- Guide and mentor junior support analysts
- Work closely with the global Loan Projects team, software developers, business and operation users in various locations
Your skills and experience
- Strong Loan IQ product and it’s surrounding module experience
- Strong experience in Loan IQ data model , API and batches
- SDK framework experience would be plus
- Possesses good SQL skills
- Experience of Java/Python/C++/other programming language would be preferred
- Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodologies, preferably agile models
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to lead junior support analysts and guide them in their work
- Strong team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Experience of working in tight deadlines in a mature time-boxed environment
- Highly motivated and practical problem solver
- Quick Learner Ability to learn new technology, tools and best practices in solution areas
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
- Experience in Banking/Capital Market/IB as as Loan IQ Product technical specialist
- Strong analytical skills

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or equivalent
