Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, enhancing user experience and functionality. Collaboration with different teams to align web development efforts with project goals is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of web applications ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of web components while maintaining quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Developer, TNI
- Experience in developing and customizing web applications using ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to document technical designs and create clear specifications.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies to ensure robust application performance.
- Capability to research and integrate updated content and features into web applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
