About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to develop our Web capabilities, creating a way for customers to access their Tala account through a web browser.
What You'll Do
- Integration into the technical front end group.
- Reduction of incidents stemming from lack of knowledge transfer.
- Transformation into subject matter expert.
- Positive contributions to peers in terms of onboarding, day-to-day help, PRs.
- Increased satisfaction among clients (Product, Program).
What You'll Need
- 7 years of experience in Web development.
- 3+ published web apps.
- Web Development & Code modularization experience.
- Unit testing & Integration testing experience.
- Adept at using Gradle, Jira, Git, Github & Jenkins.
- Excellent communications and a track record of leading change within an engineering organization.
