Our SDKs enable developers to add gold-standard audio-video quality conferencing with much faster shipping times. 100ms allows shipping live conferencing application time in days instead of months, allowing companies to focus on their core business.

We are a hybrid team with engineers who've built video infrastructure at Facebook and Hotstar.
What will you do :
- Build and maintain 100ms JavaScript SDKs and web frameworks.
- Implement reusable, performant components for seamless developer integration.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver a best-in-class developer experience.
- Contribute to documentation, sample apps, and onboarding flows.
- Work on scaling solutions to handle billions of minutes daily across thousands of devices.
- Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and improve workflows.
- Engage with developers (our customers) to understand needs and refine features.
- Contribute to open-source projects in the video conferencing space.
Who can apply :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.2+ years professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiar with front-end frameworks like React or Vue, and understand why frameworks are needed.
- Experience in API design, performance optimization, or client-side architecture.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Good to have :
- Experience with WebRTC or video streaming technologies.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing web applications.
- Interest in staying current with new tools, frameworks, and open-source contributions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
