The Role:
We are looking for an experienced UI-focused Product Designer to take ownership of our “marketing” website from a design perspective, as well as our design system and components’ library.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and evolve our scalable design system that supports our website experience
- Take full ownership of the design for our public-facing marketing website, aligning design solutions with brand vision and business goals
- Conduct user research and testing to iterate and optimize designs for performance and key metrics
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Champion design thinking and critical problem-solving to improve collaboration and workflow efficiency across teams
- Lead design workshops and collaborative design reviews with team members and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance
What you’ll need
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Great visual design skills
- Proven experience in UI design for SaaS websites and design systems
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of user-centric design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
