The Role:

We are looking for an experienced UI-focused Product Designer to take ownership of our “marketing” website from a design perspective, as well as our design system and components’ library.


Responsibilities

  • Own, maintain, and evolve our scalable design system that supports our website experience
  •  Take full ownership of the design for our public-facing marketing website, aligning design solutions with brand vision and business goals
  • Conduct user research and testing to iterate and optimize designs for performance and key metrics
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Champion design thinking and critical problem-solving to improve collaboration and workflow efficiency across teams
  • Lead design workshops and collaborative design reviews with team members and stakeholders
  • Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance

What you’ll need 

  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • Great visual design skills
  • Proven experience in UI design for SaaS websites and design systems
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Deep understanding of user-centric design principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
