Position: Executive Assistant 

 Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 2-3 years

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a technical background to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong command of data analysis, and the ability to manage various technical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating impactful presentations, preparing dashboards, and analyzing data, using tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Technical Reporting and Dashboards: Prepare, maintain, and update dashboards to track key metrics. Compile data and insights into reports for management.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide actionable insights to assist in decision-making. Use Excel formulas and pivot tables to organize and interpret data effectively.
  • Presentation Preparation: Design and prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and effective communication of key messages.
  • Documentation and Correspondence: Draft and edit documents, emails, and other forms of correspondence, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders.
  • File Management: Organize and manage electronic documents, ensuring secure storage and easy retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; technical background preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an executive assistant role with exposure to technical tasks and data management.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret data, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore, India.
