Job Title:Workday HRIS Associate Analyst-2
Summary:Momentive Performance Materials Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Workday HRIS Associate Analyst to join our Global HR Services team. You’ll work with internal and external teams to configure, support and design functional and technical features in Workday. The successful candidate will gain firsthand knowledge with Momentive’s HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, APAC Absence and US Payroll modules.
Responsibilities Include:
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Workday configuration through all stages (Analysis to Deploy) for functional business processes, security, reports etc.
- Provide support including and not limited to reporting, data corrections, system access requests and troubleshooting errors/issues.
- Support HRIS projects in the pipeline from a long-term perspective following the HR strategies.
- Support quality control activities and evaluate data within Workday to ensure consistency, accuracy, security and data integrity.
- Analyze data and apply critical thinking on data mining and reporting requests. Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more complex data analysis.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for internal and/or external customers to ensure alignment of programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- A minimum of 3 years of HR or IT related work experience.
- A minimum of 1 year experience with Workday configuration
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with business systems.
- Experience with basic Workday reporting including Advanced and Matrix reports
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office suite: including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess solid organizational skills
