What We'll Bring:
Workday Integration Specialist • 8-12 of overall experience with 4 + years of working and building integrations with Workday HCM in a professional, fast-paced environment.What You'll Bring:
• Experience in maintaining inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations to internal and third-party vendors including payroll and benefit providers.
• Strong Workday knowledge and integration skills with Workday setup using Studio, BIRT, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Experience with XML and XSLT.
• Ability to integrate applications via web service APIs - SOAP and REST.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
• Lead as a technical expert gathering requirements, design, development, testing through deployment.
• Design, build, and test reports in Workday functional areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, etc.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to pivot in a fast-paced global environment.
• Report writing skills in building reports in various types (Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard, etc).
• Experience with bi-directional Active Directory integrations. Experience with bi-directional Active Directory integrations.
• Experience managing security for Workday is preferred.
