Provide IT operations support for Regional Datacenter on-premises network, Windows, Linux, VMware (ESX), and associated services. Includes implementing Change Requests, responding to incidents, routine maintenance, and break-fixing. Expertise in system administration, networking, cloud computing, and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and IT asset management.

Assist in designing and developing a multi-account AWS environment, contribute to system support documents, perform system optimization, and provide application support for customers. Maintain a highly available production infrastructure and provide systems administration functions on AWS infrastructure. Knowledge of security technologies, AWS and Linux skills, DevOps skills, and experience with tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Cloud Formation required.
