The Data Governance Senior Analyst will work within the Data & Architecture Office (DAO) to assess, support implementation, and monitor the data governance aspects of Data Management policy. Responsibilities include extending and maintaining the Business Information Model, defining data created and held within client systems, supporting business process owners, delivering data governance demands, managing data governance analysts, and providing data governance training and advice.

Define and implement Data Quality (DQ) controls, ensure ongoing compliance with DQ standards, risk assessment, remediation activities, and operational risk management. Lead in defining and evolving DQ controls reporting and metrics for stakeholders. Work with key stakeholders across various functions to manage DQ effectively. Conduct assessments and updates for DQ management processes and controls remediation. Contribute to relevant risk committee papers and ensure appropriate risk reporting.

Extensive knowledge in WalkMe design principles, experience in design, development, and deployment of WalkMe solutions, expertise in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, proficiency in designing and working with jQuery, experience in REST API, creating responsive web designs, front-end API integrations, Microservices, TDD, BDD, and UI Test Automation Frameworks
