The Manager, People Operations at BlackLine is responsible for leading and managing transactional and compliance processes throughout the employee life cycle to enhance the employee experience. They oversee a team of Shared Service Coordinators, define a vision for the People Operations Center, and partner with other leaders for HR systems support. The successful candidate must be an expert in people business processes, regulatory requirements, and driving process efficiency.
