Will work independently with minimal supervision and may need to work overtime during peak periods.

The Senior Manager - Global Process Owner is responsible for managing and optimizing specific business processes on a global scale, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include end-to-end process ownership, process design and improvement, strategy alignment, performance measurement, stakeholder management, change management, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and governance/compliance. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in process management, strong knowledge of process design methodologies, and excellent analytical skills.
