Q2 is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Platform group in Implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing Q2's ebanking solutions to meet the business requirements of clients. Responsibilities include partnering with clients, designing and executing project plans, managing project resources, problem-solving, tracking project status, and educating clients on product and configuration options.

The Resource Management Specialist partners with various teams to identify staffing needs, monitor resource availability, facilitate staffing operations, develop utilization models, optimize job descriptions, and resolve allocation issues. They play a key role in matching employee skills with organizational needs, managing conflict resolution, and communicating capacity forecasts.
