As a Principal Engineer, Applications at SupportLogic, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing the SupportLogic Applications on public clouds. You will work on building highly scalable Enterprise Applications, data pipelines, predictive models, and integrating with CRMs to ingest customer data. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, advocate for better software development practices, and mentor new engineers on platform development.
