The Fitter will be responsible for reading blueprints, performing mechanical assembly, operating hand and power tools, reading electrical and pneumatic circuits, wiring electrical components, and adhering to safety regulations. Effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Determines hardware compatibility, develops and recommends corrective actions, writes code, completes programming and testing, interfaces with users to define system requirements, and performs engineering work using standard techniques and procedures.

Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, provide technical advice, prepare proposals, support marketing activities, and conduct market research in assigned territory.

Manage import and export operations by coordinating logistics, customs regulations, and documentation. Handle inbound and outbound shipments, manage freight forwarders, and support stock take procedures. Participate in audits, warranty, and shipping discrepancy reports. Obtain necessary certificates and documentation for imports and exports. Ensure compliance with foreign trade regulations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Design and implement software for automated inspection systems, support and maintain existing machine software, interface with customers to gather requirements, mentor other developers, stay updated on latest software trends, and more.
