Role Overview:
R2R/General Ledger Accounting & BS Reconciliations, Payroll, Intercompany and book close activities, MIS Reporting etc.,
About Role:
- Responsible for accounting and reconciliation the ledger accounts and developing financial statements and management reports.
- Responsible for Month close activities, Compensation & employee benefit accounting, Intercompany Tracking, settlement, reconciliations & reporting, Periodic Opex accruals, Compliances, BS reconciliations etc.,
- Co-ordinate with Stakeholders & management. - Develops and maintains the policies that govern the Company's reporting process and ensures compliance with generally accepted reporting standards.
- May define the accounting system roadmap and system requirements of the future and assist or direct system programming resources in the development of accounting systems.
- Accounting functions may include revenue accounting, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, inter- company accounting, and payroll. & accounting operations.
- Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
- Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures, and policies. Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data.
- Act as liaison between the company, government and auditors in providing the required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
- Requires extensive theoretical, practical, and industry knowledge. Applies and/or develops highly advanced technologies, principles, and concepts.
