Department OverviewAccounts Payable (AP) Department is responsible for all accounting services for the Motorola Solutions suppliers and employees. Motorola Finance Center in Cracow is a part of our global network of Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) which provides world class finance, accounting and purchasing services to all Motorola entities. Job Description

Would you like to be liable for global AP processes and reports directly to the AP Manager located in Cracow? Apply and join us! We are looking for candidates who run the world, lead by example and create an environment of openness and trust.

Specifically the Team Leader is responsible for:

• Management of the team (up to 12 people): delegating tasks, motivating and coaching, monitoring team performance
• Ensuring continuous improvement of AP processes and procedures
• Daily management of operational activities to ensure quality delivery of services and comply business and finance standards and policies
• Monitoring, interpreting and reporting team key performance indicators (KPI)
• Supporting internal and external audit requirements in relation to AP processes
• Working collaboratively with different finance departments to facilitate operational efficiencies in terms of timely invoice validation & query resolution

Basic Requirements

• A minimum 5 years of experience in finance / Accoutns Payable would be an advantage
• A minimum 1 year of people management experience
• Fluency in English
• Tableau knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very good analytical skills
• Good business knowledge, including knowledge of regulations and procedures
• Must be able to multi-task and work with a diverse international team and always provide excellent customer service.
• Master’s Degree in Economy / Finance/Accounting or others
