Summary of the role:
Customer Master Data Analyst will oversee the daily upkeep of global customer master records, ensuring the highest level of data integrity in line with LS & Co's data governance standards and best practices. This role involves managing service requests from all regions, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs). The analyst will regularly interact with various departments, including Sales, OTC, Finance, Accounts Payable, and other stakeholders, to provide clear information and support high-quality customer service. Additionally, this individual will continuously seek ways to improve processes to enhance customer value and will participate in corporate initiatives as a subject matter expert when needed.
About the role:
Daily Maintenance:

Create and modify Customer Master records as requested for all regions

Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure maximum productivity

Prioritize work based on business needs

Maintain Customer Master data quality
-
Enforce Data Governance rules as required in the regular course of work

Proactively resolve Customer Master data issues when encountered

Identify and escalate potential concerns related to Customer Master data and related business processes

Handle service requests from all geographic regions in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Reporting & Analytics:

Provide regular reports and dashboards on the quality and status of customer data, highlighting any risks, trends, or areas for improvement.

Use data analytics to identify and address potential issues, such as duplicate records, missing information, or data accuracy gaps.
Process Improvement:

Continuously seek ways to improve processes to enhance customer value.
About You:

Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in Master Data Management

Competence with SAP / S4 Customer Master preferred, MS office & excel skills.

High level of accuracy in maintaining data integrity & Understanding of Audit controls
