Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements in Pune. You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the development and implementation of new software applications
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software development

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js
- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js
- This position is based at our Pune office
- A BE degree is required
