Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team, and making key decisions. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in React.js and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
- Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters
- Oversee the entire application development process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
- Manage the team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications
- Make key decisions regarding technology selection and architecture
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redux or Flux architecture
- Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in React.js
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
