What will you contribute?
As part of Finastra’s AI COE, we are seeking a Back-End Engineer to design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and processes as part of the agile LaserPro delivery pod.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data access layers
Develop clean, well‑tested, and maintainable code using C# and .NET
Integrate backend services with databases and external systems
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and engineering best practices
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and senior engineers to deliver end‑to‑end features
Required Skills & Experience(3-6 years)
Experience with LaserPro is advantageous
Experience building backend services with Python/C#/.NET (or equivalent backend frameworks)
Solid understanding of REST APIs, data modeling, and server‑side logic
Strong grasp of object‑oriented programming and software design fundamentals
Experience using Git/GitHub in a team‑based development environment
Exposure and interest in developing large language based applications
