About the Role
Operations generalist responsible for lead-response, pipeline hygiene, and cross-team execution so interested prospects convert to booked calls quickly.
What You’ll Do
• Manage lead flow and outreach operations
• Keep inboxes and LinkedIn messages organized and updated
• Maintain accurate data in Ashby to track campaign performance
• Convert interested leads into booked meetings through Ashby
• Coordinate follow-ups and ensure clean, reliable lead records
• Import weekly reports, update campaign tags, and share performance metrics
Who You Are / Must-Haves
• 2–4 years in operations or product ops
• Excellent organization and clear communication
• Very strong English communication skills, especially in writing polished messages
• Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly
• Proactive and always willing to learn
Interview Process
• Screening call with recruiting lead (20 min)
• Intro call with Operations lead (30 min)
• In-office interview (full day)
