Role Overview:
As the Commercial General Manager for India, you will be the key driver behind our revenue growth in the region. You will lead the local sales, customer success, and partnerships teams, working closely with global domain owners to ensure alignment with Voyantis’ strategic vision. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on accelerating revenue, building strategic partnerships, and fostering strong client relationships in the digital advertising and SaaS space.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
- Lead the revenue generation strategy for the Indian market, driving new business acquisition and expanding existing client relationships.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the Indian market.
Sales & Customer Success Leadership:
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team dedicated to acquiring and nurturing high-value clients.
- Oversee customer success initiatives to ensure clients fully leverage Voyantis’ solutions and achieve measurable ROI improvements.
Partnerships Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to expand Voyantis’ reach and enhance its service offerings in India.
- Collaborate with key partners to create joint value propositions and co-marketing opportunities.
Global Collaboration & Dotted-Line Reporting:
- Work closely with global leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align local initiatives with the company’s overarching strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and key external partners.
Strategic Market Expansion:
- Leverage local market insights and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and refine regional strategies.
- Act as a thought leader in the Indian market, representing Voyantis at industry events and in strategic negotiations.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Cultivate a collaborative, results-oriented culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements
Proven Leadership Experience:
- 7–10+ years in a senior management role within the online marketing, SaaS, or technology sectors, with a focus on driving revenue and strategic partnerships.
Sales & Customer Success Expertise:
- Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising ecosystems, campaign management, and client relationship strategies.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales and customer success teams in high-growth environments.
Partnerships & Business Development:
- Strong background in identifying and managing strategic partnerships that drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic & Analytical Acumen:
- Ability to translate market data into actionable strategies that drive revenue and customer success.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments.
Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Experience in managing dotted-line reporting relationships and working across global teams.
