Hey, I’m Abhimanyu, and I lead Brand & Creative @ Flent.
I spent the better part of my career writing and producing films and campaigns: I started off at a Production House, moved on to a creative director role in an agency, and eventually landed up here. I’m a mix of a few things: my vision and ideas come from all my experiences, not just my copy-led ones. And I’m looking for someone who sees things the same way about advertising and marketing.
Much of what I do at Flent revolves around how we are perceived to the rest of the world; how we interact and speak, how we look, how we make people feel, and ultimately, how we deliver beautiful living experiences by understanding human beings. In more direct terms: I focus on marketing us to the outside world - what we say and how we say it - and who we say it to.
As Flent’s Copywriter, you’ll work with me on doing just that: but with the right words and ideas.

About the Role

The Flent universe is filled with inspiration for a writer. Every home we build has a story, every space has a personality, and every campaign is rooted in something real. The writing aims to make people feel something about home before they even step into one.
We write across multiple surfaces - campaigns, website and landing pages, social media, films, and branding collateral. This role plays a key part in shaping how Flent sounds and expresses itself across all of them.
This is a core, hands-on copywriter role with a strong conceptual focus. You should be comfortable handling briefs, contributing to brainstorms, and delivering thoughtful, well-crafted copy. It calls for taste, clarity, and a collaborative approach to building strong work.
At its core, you’ll work closely with me across campaigns, collateral, films, and everything that involves writing and shaping the narrative of what we’re building.

What you’ll broadly do:
  • Own and Evolve the Flent Tone of Voice Maintain the brand voice across everything we put out, ensuring consistency while also evolving it as the brand grows. Understand the nuances of how we speak across different formats and moments.

  • Write Copy, Concepts, & Scripts Translate ideas into sharp, well-crafted copy across formats. From campaign lines to long-form content and scripts, bring clarity and intent to the work.

  • Reference & Brainstorm Actively seek out strong work, build references, and bring them into the process. Contribute meaningfully to brainstorms and help push ideas from good to great.

  • Collaborate Across the Flent Spectrum Work closely with photography, brand and creative teams, and various pods to understand the business, the product, and the audience more deeply, and reflect that in the work.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Cracking the Brief Turn briefs into clear, compelling copy and visual directions that stay true to the idea while pushing the work forward.

  • UX & Product Copy Write sharp, intuitive copy for the website and landing pages with a strong focus on clarity and conversion for potential tenants and landlords.

  • Review & Refine Audit social media copy, reels, and GIFs to ensure everything feels consistent, polished, and visually aligned with the brand.

  • Researching the Audience Engage directly with our community to understand how they think and speak, and bring those insights back into the work and positioning.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in copywriting, ideally from an agency environment, and is comfortable handling speed, structure, and changing briefs.

  • Has a portfolio that shows depth of thinking, not just writing. You can demonstrate ideas, judgment, and a clear point of view through your work.

  • Thinks conceptually and starts with the why before the execution. You approach work with intent, building from insight and idea rather than jumping straight into words.

  • Enjoys long-form reading and draws inspiration from literature, while being able to switch gears and write sharp, concise copy when needed.

  • Communicates with clarity and empathy, able to present and defend ideas thoughtfully while collaborating well with others.

  • Has high ownership and accountability, and a solution-first approach.
