Summary: As a Data Strategist, you will develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and architecture aimed at enhancing the management, governance, and security of information. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the organization has a unified source of truth for all data, enabling effective decision-making and driving operational efficiency. You will engage in discussions to translate complex data into actionable insights, ultimately contributing to the organization's competitive advantage in the market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data strategies and make necessary adjustments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Microsoft Azure Data Services, PySpark. - Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing data architecture solutions. - Proficient in data modeling and database design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
