We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in driving digital marketing initiatives for our Africa, Middle East and India operations. What you’ll do:

  • Execute Digital Strategies: Support and implement the regional digital marketing strategy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Lead.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update several regional websites using Sitecore CMS.
  • Enhance SEO Performance: Apply SEO techniques to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Optimise Paid Campaigns: Collaborate with the PPC agency to ensure paid media strategies deliver optimal results.
  • Develop Landing Pages: Write and coordinate engaging landing pages to support marketing campaigns and PPC initiatives.
  • Run Email Campaigns: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse Website Performance: Use Google Analytics to track key website and campaign performance metrics, including traffic, engagement and conversions.
  • Create Marketing Collateral: Produce high-quality materials, including brochures, flyers, datasheets and eGuides, to support campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule compelling content for social platforms in line with brand guidelines.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  •  Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in content management systems (Sitecore CMS is a bonus) and skilled in SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
  • Experienced with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and tools like Sprout Social, plus EDM software (e.g., Campaign Monitor).
  • Strong copywriting, content production, and communication skills.
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Independent, proactive, and highly organized with exceptional presentation abilities.
