About this opportunity:
Ericsson is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Domain Support Specialist within the Service Delivery organization. In this role, you will support project execution by managing project planning, change coordination, documentation, and alignment activities. You will work closely with Customer Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, cost, and timeline commitments.
What you will do:-Support end-to-end project planning and scheduling activities, including plan updates, baseline alignment, and progress tracking.-Co-ordinate with respective projects to have an updated view of the demand & ensure these are reflected on the required platforms/documents. Regular coordination with CPMs for Tracking project Progress in terms of cost, net sales/invoicing, UM, WIP& RUC.-Report preparation for any Project Governance, if and when needed. Help in EriDoc and SharePoint Repository Creation & Management & audit readiness, and compliance Manage Change Windows in co-ordination with E// internal technical teams and Customer Support cost change management, documentation preparation, and offer release in accordance with Ericsson governance processes.- Prepare and maintain trackers, reports, and inputs for project reviews and governance forums. Collaborate closely with Customer Project Managers, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment across planning, costing, and documentation.-Drive and support Change Management activities, including Premium Proposal (PP) model alignment and cost alignment for customer offers. Perform SOW quality checks and costing support, ensuring alignment with CPM inputs, customer scope, and approved commercial frameworks.-PO Tracking on monthly basis-Preparation of PO Cover Report Maintaining SLA Trackers and Price Deliverable Trackers to be sent to Project Office Head
The skills you bring:
Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech, Full-time) with 3-7 yrs of experience.
• Flexibility to work during UK business hours with a variance of ±2 hours, and support 24/7 shifts if required
• Good understanding of project planning, change management, and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with Ericsson tools, planning models, and document repositories is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Domain Expert in RAN/TXN/Project Management
