Engineering Manager

Senior Engineering Manager Help shape the future of mobility.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Engineering Manager to join our team.Your Role

• You will be leading the Software development for Active Safety products, Infotainment and Domain Controllers.  In particular you will be responsible for SW development, integration and release of final software.
• Project deliverables with adherence to schedule, KPIs, quality and customer requirements
• Provide strong leadership to technical staffs (develop, evaluate, motivate, train, manage, reward and recognize employees, supervise the subordinates)
• Streamline SW Development process, provide technical direction, conduct regular project reviews and take corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams globally to bring innovation or overcome the obstacles of the owned modules

Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role,

• BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electricals /Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/Robotics or equivalent
• A go-getter, good in communication, challenge ideas to achieve career aspirations aligned with Aptiv mission
• A Learning Enthusiast to be passionate about learning, follow trends and publications in the market outlining new solutions
• 12+ years in people management, SW Project management, Distributed SW development experience (multiple sites)
• Automotive Communication Protocols like CAN &/or Ethernet
