What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in complex escalations, technical support, or operations roles where you made high-stakes decisions independently
- Technical problem-solver: you instinctively dive deep into logs, trajectories, and pipeline data to diagnose issues. Comfortable with SQL, debugging workflows, and understanding how AI coding platforms work
- Business judgment: you understand unit economics and balance user satisfaction with revenue protection. You think in LTV, cohorts, and churn risk, not just solving tickets
- Process builder: you build SOPs, teams, and efficiencies. Constantly identifying patterns and building scalable systems that prevent future escalations
- Crystal-clear communicator: you turn frustrated users into advocates with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You explain complex decisions in ways that build trust
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Other degrees welcome if you demonstrate exceptional judgment, technical depth, and operational excellence
