Senior Fullstack Developer (React, NodeJS, Angular)

As a Software Developer at Caseware, you’ll design, develop, test and deploy microservice to support the analysis of data in our Cloud. You will collaborate with multiple upstream and downstream squads to design and deliver complex and innovative solutions to support the analysis of large data sets at scale. You will be part of the Data Analytics team that enables data extraction from various sources providing insightful reporting, tailored analytics and risk management.

📍 Location:  This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work  3 days a week in Romania, Cluj office, located at Eminescu, nr. 2.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the design, test and implementation of solutions through all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends, implementing proof of concepts and presenting innovative ideas and architecture to contribute towards the development of our engineering culture
• Collaborate in requirement and solution design conversations with other developers, team leads, product and UX design
• Participate in the team on-call rotation helping to identify and eliminate persistent root causes for problems that affect your customers and team
• Collaborate closely with DevOps/DevSuccess to drive iterative improvements to your team’s build system, test automation and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of Object Oriented (OOP) concepts and SOLID principles
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Solid understanding of some of the following languages/technologies; React, Express, NodeJS, MongoDB
• Strong English language communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Understand and contribute to the existing architecture and propose enhancements
• Implement proof of concepts
• Actively participate in code reviews
• Actively participate in the designing of the planned initiatives
