About Company :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React, TypeScript, and D3.js.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, ensuring scalable and secure APIs.

• Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment of web-based analytics applications.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to define and deliver solutions.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce development standards.

• Provide Level 3 support for application incidents, including bug triage and resolution.

• Support QA teams in testing and issue resolution.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.

• Report progress to the IT Development Manager and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full stack development with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and JavaScript.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, serverless architecture, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with database technologies and UI/UX principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, Agile environments.

• Passion for software development and staying current with industry trends.
