Job Overview
Manages activities to create global reference data and/or research and analyses data components for data standards, quality assurance work and client queries.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Perform data analysis and investigation on Prescription and Sales data.
•    Share insights and deliver accurate data to clients.
•    Plan projects, track deliverables, and establish realistic timelines during transitions.
•    Ensure seamless operations during transitions, parallel production, and post-go-live stabilization.
•    Address escalations and provide effective solutions.
•    Publish utilization and data metrics for stakeholders.
•    Lead transition calls and serve as a reliable backup for the Manager in governance meetings and handling critical issues.
•    Document and share meeting minutes.
•    Initiate and implement project streamlining strategies.
•    Conduct team meetings and promote the sharing of best practices.
•    Collaborate with clients to manage new transitions and ad-hoc requests.
•    Provide effort estimates and timelines for ad-hoc requests.

Other Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
•    6-8 years of experience in operations management, project management, reporting, and transitions.
•    Strong client interaction skills.
•    Proven experience in handling transitions and managing multiple projects.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with service groups and onshore stakeholders.
•    Technical proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
