What you’ll do:

  • Provide technical problem resolution on GreenLake Platform and Flex Solutions complex cases by working closely with key internal stakeholders (e.g., GLP Engineering, Escalations team, etc.,)
  • Develop action plans with end-to-end ownership to solve complex technical / escalated cases, clearly communicate to internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Possess strong customer focus with the ability to balance the needs of the customer and HPE accounts team
  • Setup and replicate the customer scenarios and issues in the lab to provide plan of action
  • Identify and contribute to projects to improve GLP Customer satisfaction and team efficiency
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills, technical writing and presentation skills to publish knowledge articles and runbooks
  • Must be a team player, have ‘Service and Support’ mind-set
  • 24x7 coverage with a hybrid work environment

Technical Skills :

  • Knowledge on Compute, Storage and Networking solutions with experience in handling complex cases
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience on AWS Cloud (Certification is an added advantage) and DevOps
  • Clear understanding of as-a-Service concepts and HPE Offerings
  • Strong API and Scripting skills
  • Understand and develop Python scripts
  • Technical knowledge on Windows, Linux / VMware
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of core infrastructure products / services (incl. aaS) in more than one functional area involving usage, configuration, and interaction with other products.
  • Debug logs using tools like Postman, Humio, Inspect logs etc.,
  • Usage of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

What you need to bring:

  • Educational Qualification – Bachelor/Masters in technical field
  • 3+ years of technical experience in Consulting / Managed Services / Support handling complex situations in Cloud, Compute, Storage or Networking domain.
  • Should have minimum 18 months of experience in current role
