Position Overview:
Are you ready to lead and innovate? We're seeking a dynamic Group Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and enhancement of our Diligent Boards solution. In this role, you'll combine business acumen with technical expertise to turn visionary ideas into exceptional products. Your passion for customer satisfaction and user experience will set new industry standards.
As a leader, you'll foster team growth and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Development to execute a compelling product strategy. You'll also be the product's enthusiastic evangelist, driving marketing strategies and partnering with sales and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and communicate product strategy in support of the business objectives.
- Ensure rapid pace of moving from strategy to execution.
- Build understanding, consensus, and execution alignment with key stakeholders. Develop a strong understanding of stakeholders to drive decisions.
- Work with teams of engineers, POs and UX Designers to drive agile execution of new product launches.
- Engage with customers and users for discovery and validation of new solution capabilities.
- Ensure ongoing product growth and expansion by gaining and exploiting marketing feedback from customers, prospects and users.
- Be the voice of the customer in our product team, by clearly communicating and sharing insights about our customers and how we can get their jobs done better.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business domain, applying problem-solving skills to address critical and complex issues to ensure the product evolves to make our users successful at their jobs.
- Track product performance, user engagement, and outcomes.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably with SaaS experience with a high number of users.
- Demonstrated examples of innovation that created outstanding value for customers and users.
- Proven track record for developing, managing, and launching large-scale cloud-based software products.
- Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills and a strong business acumen.
- Data-oriented mindset, and you are passionate about user and performance metrics.
- Strong ability to define and measure success.
- Excellent organizational, project and resource management skills.
- Experienced in using product management software (e.g. Aha!) and best practices.
- Experience in using process (e.g. Confluence) and workflow software (e.g. JIRA) and best practices.
