About the Role:

Roma is a dynamic startup aiming to revolutionize the financial world, with a strong emphasis on tokenization of digital assets. As a GTM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in launching our innovative products into the market within the digital assets space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans, ensuring successful product adoption and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new products and features.
  • Conduct market research in the crypto industry to identify target audience segments, understand customer needs, analyze competitors, and gather insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating cross-functional efforts, setting timelines, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with the marketing team to craft compelling messaging and positioning for Zamp's products and services, tailored to different target audiences and market segments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing collateral, including website content, presentations, sales enablement materials, and other promotional assets.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, generate leads, and support customer acquisition efforts.
  • Develop sales enablement resources, such as pitch decks, training materials, and competitive intelligence, to support effective selling.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives, and regularly monitor and analyze performance data to optimize strategies.
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to iterate on GTM strategies and improve product-market fit.
  • Collaborate effectively with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of GTM plans.

Qualifications & Skill Set required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in GTM strategy, Product Marketing, or Sales within the Crypto and B2B fintech industry.
  • Enthusiastic about the Crypto, Blockchain, and Digital Asset ecosystems, with a strong conviction in their ability to transform the worldwide financial framework.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with tight deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
