HR Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. This role will involve end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• IT Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
• HR Operations: Handle employee records, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance-related activities.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and execute engagement activities, employee well-being programs, and feedback mechanisms to enhance workplace culture.
• Onboarding & Induction: Ensure seamless onboarding of new hires, conducting orientations and assisting with training initiatives.
• HR Data & Analytics: Maintain HR databases, generate reports, and support HR audits as needed.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in enforcing HR policies, grievance handling, and employee relations to ensure a smooth working environment.

Skills, Exp and Education

• MBA in HR or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of hiring trends and best practices in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
