Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Location: Bangalore (WFO)

We are looking for an HR Operations & Compliance professional to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HR documentation, and performance management support. The role requires strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, payroll processes, and HRMS platforms. The ideal candidate should have good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
- Handle employee letters including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, and relieving documents.
- Drive HR process standardization and maintain HR policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate employee background verification and documentation processes.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
- Work closely with payroll vendors/internal finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Manage attendance, leave management systems, and timesheet validations.
- Resolve employee payroll and compensation-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, and related compliance coordination.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate audits and support labor compliance reporting.
- Stay updated with changes in labor regulations and HR compliance practices.
- Support and coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting, review tracking, and appraisal documentation.
- Maintain PMS trackers, scorecards, and employee performance records.
- Coordinate with managers for timely completion of appraisal processes.
- Support implementation and process improvement initiatives related to PMS.
- Manage resignation acceptance, exit interviews, asset recovery, and full & final settlement coordination.
- Ensure smooth employee offboarding and documentation closure.
- Analyze exit feedback and share insights with HR leadership.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as required.
- Assist in policy implementation and employee communication.
- Handle HR audits and operational process improvements.
- Provide support for recruitment coordination when required.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Assist hiring teams in maintaining recruitment trackers and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Experience in payroll coordination and HRMS platforms such as Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of performance management processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to HR automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
- Certification in HR or labor law compliance is an added advantage.
