Job Description
- Hands-on skilled HRIS and data expert with experience in ADP WorkforceNow (required) to partner with our HR organization focused on ongoing HR systems configuration, functionality, process improvement, efficiencies, reporting/metrics, and analytics.
- Builds workflows and transaction processes to streamline manual and duplicative data entry.
- Serve as the ADP subject matter expert responsible for maintenance and/or set-up of business processes and system configuration
- Updates, modifies and builds connections between the HR transaction dashboard and HRIS
- Develop customized reports based on business user specifications to meet organizational and client requirements.
- Development and data gathering/reporting relating to metrics, compliance, and other projects as needed.
- This position will lead integrations between HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other related internal systems and drive or support multidisciplinary projects to meet business needs.
- Support business owners to build enhancements to optimize system functionality and effectiveness, including impact(s) to other related processes and systems.
- Makes recommendations to improve system-related integrations and functionality to support global business operations
- Ensure smooth ongoing functionality of third-party systems integrations (such as ADP, ATS, Comp Planning, Benefits, Active Directory, and intranet.
- Identify, test, and resolve system or process issues, in collaboration with our IT or other support organizations, when needed.
- Collaborate with other functional departments to understand, research, and support business needs, as needed and assigned.
Experience:
- 5+ years of HCM configuration experience required.
- Advanced ADP WorkforceNow experience and advanced Excel proficiency
- Working with global employee data including US, APAC and EMEA
- SQL, AD and Cloud, JavaScript for API building
- Experience configuring API
