· Lead Management & Qualification:
· Reach out to assigned leads via
phone/email.
· Understand customer
requirements and validate the quality of leads.
· Categorize and prioritize leads
based on potential.
· Appointment Setting:
· Coordinate with prospective
customers to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
· Align appointments with the
availability of the sales team.
· Customer Communication:
· Maintain professional and
persuasive communication with prospects.
· Clearly articulate product
value propositions.
· CRM Management:
· Accurately update and maintain
all interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
· Ensure data integrity and
timely reporting.
· Coordination with Sales Team:
· Work closely with field sales
representatives to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
· Follow up on lead progress and
feedback.
· Conduct timely follow-ups with
leads to maintain engagement.
· Support the sales team in
improving conversion ratios.
Requirements
· Proficiency in South Indian
languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is preferred
· Good interpersonal and
convincing skills
· Ability to handle high-volume
calling and multitask effectively
· Basic knowledge of CRM tools
and data management
· Strong organizational and time
management skills
· Prior experience in inside
sales, tele-calling, or lead generation
· Exposure to healthcare/medical
devices industry is an advantage
· Target-driven mindset with a
focus on achieving KPIs
